Junkbox, Episode MMXIII☂...

On the bright side, the tile are working pretty well.
Now up to a 90% chance of over 1" on Tuesday.  As one friend told me at church, "At least the South American seed corn had time to get here."

John, just read the linked article about old family companies. While I found it thoughtful and interesting oin the main, a shadow of doubt crossed my mind about the author's perceptiveness toward the end. He wrote, "And they have often been willing to take on new managers through legal adoption when the older generation's seed has fallen on fallow ground." The more I think about this statement, the more levels of unintended humor I find.
